These are the terms for every Designgrow project. They are written to be read.
Price and payment
Prices are fixed as listed on our pricing page, in US dollars. Payment is due in full when you submit your brief. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid fonts, payment-provider fees) are yours and are flagged before you pay.
Delivery
Standard projects are delivered within 72 hours of payment, Complex projects within 7 days. The clock pauses while we are waiting on your feedback or materials. If we deliver late through our own fault, we refund 20% of the package price.
Changes
Standard includes two rounds of changes, Complex three. Extra rounds are $35 each. A change of direction after concepts are approved counts as a new project.
Refunds
If you stop after seeing the first concepts, we refund you in full. After you approve a direction, payments are non-refundable.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the full rights to the final logo, brand files and website design. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
