Dev rebuilds second-hand road and commuter bikes in a railway arch. He was selling through Instagram DMs and losing track of who had paid deposits. He already had a logo he liked. He needed a shop.

The brief
Thirty to forty bikes in stock at any time, each one different. Buyers wanted frame size, condition and a real photo. Dev wanted to take payment online, offer a trade-in, and stop answering the same five questions in DMs.
What we made
A Shopify store designed around one decision: does this bike fit me? Every listing leads with frame size and rider height, then condition notes in Dev's own words.

- Checkout with full payment or a $50 hold deposit.
- Trade-in form that asks for three photos and gives a price range.
- A stock template Dev can fill from his phone in under five minutes.

What happened next
Nineteen bikes sold online in the first month, eleven of them to people who had never visited the arch. DMs dropped to a handful a week, mostly about servicing.
